This company is terrible. If you are just getting in it deny the interview unless you really need the job.If you choose to take it then that’s your choice but understand some things.
- There is no moving up if your manager is an a-hole and opportunities in some areas are limited. Higher up in the states is better.
- Raises or cost of living increase are typically 2 to 3% which is average don’t expect bonuses or any other benefits.
- Health insurance with this company is a joke. Even at the highest level $400+ a month they only cover 85% once you pay your deductible.
- The companies leadership is - broken. All they look at is the bottom line. They have been reducing people constantly for the last four years.
