Thread regarding Ricoh layoffs

Have you seen this training?

Managed Print Services (MPS) Awareness
IT Services (ITS) Awareness Fundamentals
Managed Services Offsite Production Support (MS OPS) Awareness

Basically Ricoh saying to the employess that are left. Please help our failing business model out? If you find things wrong at your customer sites please mention it.

Too bad you screwed yourself because no one like Rioch, nor cares about your pointless solutions that your non-existant sales people can backup. Even if you get a solution in place the brain dead upper management will find a way to screw the customer some way or how by putting someone who/product that isn't reliable nor helpful.

No Devil...today I say...Not today. I won't be your corporate wh–e and sell your sh–ty services. I work here for a paycheck and after your bones are long gone. I'll be doing something else.

My husband was a former Ricoh employee, he did all the extra training. As soon as Ricoh bought ICON, the managers were p-ss-d that he made more than they did, so they made his life a living hell. I encouraged him to stay and try to retire, he was close, they just pushed and pushed looking for a reason to fire him. It was horrible. If you are young enough, get out now.

Also glad to be gone! I feel sorry for my long term customers, the techs that are left stink on ice! Don't know where I'll be working or if I'll ever take another tech job, but glad to be away from that hot mess!

Total relief to be out of here. Sleeping so much better not having to represent ricoh as a (gag reflex) IT services company. If your organization needs outside IT support guess who you should talk to... a company that just does IT SERVICES! They don’t get distracted by printers, cameras, projectors, white boards, tshirt printers, 3rd party software or squirrels. ricoh has about as much business in IT as they would in hvac which they’re probably launching soon... right before bankruptcy.
