They offer voluntary retirements/layoffs but if you decline a few months later they lay you off with less of a package.

People are constantly leaving for other jobs too. Raises are on hold this year. I hear of others considering leaving too if no raises are given out this year. Since Ricoh is switching from a manufacturing company to a digital services company, tons of more layoffs may be happening soon. Covid-19 just speed up the process.
Looks to me like according to other posts, that the whole industry is suffering. With that, I'm not surprised they are letting more people go. Copies/prints has been going down for years.
I’ve heard that. Something like half of the weeks of pay without insurance. How many younger people are being let go? Possible law suits coming?
