Sorry for asking for repetition, but I've fallen out of contact with my old co-workers over the last several months and I want to know, the 2700 layoffs and direct base going to dealers, are those just more rumors that are being posted or is that actual movement made by the company?
Direct base goes to dealer + Most dealers are multi line = what percent of base remains ricoh over 3 years?
Any good prank ideas for April 1st? Gonna bring my A game this year.
Another 2700 technician and office staff being laird off. I predict Ricoh will be out of business in 2022
Any news yet of that being true? Been looking for a new job before they had a chance to call or even do a layoff...however have to do what has to be done until something better rolls in.. a lot of other places aren't really hiring as of yet till later months (March-May)
I heard through the grapevine that dealers are buying accounts as we speak and Ricoh is cutting ties with techs for accounts sold.
Maybe find a new job? Or continue waiting for the axe to drop at one of the worst run companies of all time.
I don't know. I would think that they would furlough more people because that takes them off the payrolls for that time period. Layoffs usually requires then to pay a severance package. Time will tell I guess.
Hoping it’s not true. Waiting to hear more from anyone that may know.
And if so, what's being hit?
