Made the switch from ricoh to multi line dealer and ricoh is NOT one of the lines. Our go to is Canon which is way better. Can't believe I was telling my clients ricoh was "2nd to none" all these years when its been all smoke 'n mirrors junk for some time now...more like 2nd from bottom.
If possible, get a job with a multi-line dealer.
