Software Engineers, Managers, Directors - how many are affected?

This week we saw a few people get laid off in the north America. I think there may be more in the horizon, unsure as I was hit with these rounds. A message to people who are still there, stay vigilant.

ResMed is headquartered in California. I just checked the California WARN notice and ResMed isn't listed there. Isn't that illegal?
