Probably thinking of a way to make 50+ people redundant to save themselves another embarrassing quarterly loss (which is probably goinghappen) and the fact they owe the Australian Tax department over $250 million. hahahhahah
Resmed seems to enjoy having to settle with governments. Last year was a sum of $37.5 million USD to the Department of Justice for criminal kickbacks to DMEs and this year to the Australian Government. Corrupt company in my opinion.
