How in good conscious would pay increases at this level be approved when the company's margins are so slim? Even the CFO was on the list. I guess their metrics focus on revenue and not the bottom line. Accounting 101, balance your books. Maybe they need to mix up leadership and send them back to accounting school. Just awful :(
