@a9 blame HR all you want, that’s exactly what leadership hides behind, creating a process to make favoritism look legit.

If someone’s truly doing an exceptional job then give them the inline promotion they deserve & people will respect it. But when you give promotions/preferred candidate status mostly to your travel buddies and besties it looks shady. The only people fooled are the ones defending it. #TheMoreYouKnow

This is normal and not a malicious thing. Whenever someone is promoted for doing an exceptional job and operating continuously above their job level HR requires a position be opened and that person be hired into the role. This is a normal procedure and how all promos work. So yes, there are internal openings with someone already in mind because they are promo openings. Blame HR and their sh---y processes. Don’t blame the hiring manager that just wants to promote a stellar performer. #TheMoreYouKnow

Corrupt Company

I just know the fall of CVS will become a Netflix documentary and I will be the first to sing like a canary about the bullsh-t and corruption within this company. This is the company you are working for, they deceive you into thinking that your work is meaningful and beneficial to our members. I encourage you all to dig deeper and find out who you are working for. They have been found guilty of all 511 lawsuits listed, some crimes worse than others… make no mistake you are not doing good meaningful work with this company. Don’t drink the koolaid. You all were not even close to exaggerating. I played through a few of the personal brandy's "look at me, I'm a big girl" podcasts....and she is absolutely completely drunk in at least 2. Most probably three. One, THE ONE, where she could be in a drunk tank just for her slurring alone, she is also actually sipping a drink throughout.

This one comes out swinging when the behavior catches up to them. They typically (and have repetedly) swung out until they hit an actual wall, then celebrate themselves as being able to grow. Yet they cycle never changes.

In fact, pretty much every democratic candidate for president has said this. But it never gets anywhere because the GOP never supports it.

I'm just pointing this out because you seem to support the president, who does NOT support this idea, and I thought I'd take a chance to enlighten you.

I see there are still some people stupid enough to believe that satellite signals are so weak and finicky that they go out at the first sign of weather.

Nope. The type of weather needed to disrupt a satellite signal is the same that would topple poles, and render any/all land or cell tower signal worthless. Of course, once the weather is done, there's no need to repair a satellite. The signal gets through again. Unlike standard wire service.
