you can see the posting listed in Workday, though you have to calculate the salary since it is the country currency
While it might sound like an excuse, the unfortunate reality is that there is a very limited pool of US talent to recruit from.

India leads all countries in modern slavery, 18 million by some estimates. Keeps the wages down in India. Very attractive to US firms looking for cheap labor.
