Amazing the negativity seen in this Heartbeat article. Employees not happy with 100B in revenue and not cost of living increase.

Bravo, looks like employees are finally speaking up in larger numbers.
Wow, I’ve never seen so many comments regarding the lousy pay and benefits on Heartbeat before!
@ee+1kr1xwwra Even those of us with clinical licenses are treated poorly and not paid well.
@ee More people need to speak up like that. Too many kool-aid drinkers at CVS, is why nothing changes.
I remember when i was an hourly employee i was not happy.
I left
Got a new job, better boss, better pay.
My life completely improved.
You can whine or you can change your life.
Just know if you choose the latter: we are rooting for you.
Choose the former: aint nobody got time to hear that victimhood.
I commend their bravery for speaking up in such a highly visible forum devoid of any anonymity and in full view of their direct reports and managers.
But they’re right- despite making up the majority of the company, the ground workers (store employees, CSRs, other hourly employees) are treated and compensated like second-class citizens. If you don’t have a professional job title and a bonus plan tied to your overall compensation, the company makes it painfully obvious they view you as easily replaceable and they just don’t care. They don’t even care enough to try to make it look like they care.
I feel really bad for these people that are complaining, and I wish they could find employment elsewhere and leave this place high and dry. Their pay is super low and they are very unlikely eligible for bonuses. It's so incredibly embarrassing for this company. Years ago there was a segment in a town hall where they said we were going to become THE employer of choice, where CVS would be able to be super selective and hire only the best of the best. People would be lining up to work here. Instead, they are FAR FROM the employer of choice, several years after making that statement. I guess that goal went away and is no longer a concern of theirs.
