Does anyone have any reliable information about how the Edge Project may affect Cost of Living allowances (Market Correction Factor) and rotator travel allowances for Kennedy, Alaska etc.?

You are obviously a new or about to be new employee.
I have been told by a very reliable source that they will be removing the allowance for last names starting with A - K, and doubling it for last names starting with L - Z.
I doubt they change. They raised Alaska a few years ago and can’t see them reducing it.
