I have pretty much walked all floors in both buildings in my location and know the parking situation (straight to the 4th floor if you arrive after 7:30) and they are 80% occupied. So, HR communicating about other regions full time RTO schedule coming later in the year is pure BS. Don't shoot the messenger, I am just reporting what I see on the ground.

I don't think there are so many phones per region (60% of total strength) that they'll be able to fit all of us. I don't see any construction or acquisition possible where we are located. So, just a lot of puffery tbh. Anyway, latest all hands for one of the BU's said the schedule is coming next week. So, I might be proven wrong in 2 days.

The governor has not met a tax she didn’t like we are quite literally being squeezed and taxed to death here.
So don’t worry you won’t be laid off you’ll just be drained of all your money here. The only reason Fidelity still has HQ here is because of her massive real estate holdings. Even billionaires don’t like to lose money.
If things don’t turn around fiscally here we all may be forced between Texas and keeping our jobs or taxes and bleeding money to stay afloat. And I’ve got fairly deep seven figures invested and I’m worried!

Nike intends to lay off 1,400 employees. These job cuts will affect staff at its Converse brand. Most of the layoffs target technology roles. Converse is a Boston-based company. Nike's stock recently hit an 11-year low.

I doubt that Citi had extra “credit” with the Boston Consultancy group. This is probably just said to cover up spending the money for consulting since we are supposed to be in saving mode.

I know a few people that were recently let go in Boston. Rumored be part of the initial phase of the Lake Mary relocation (they relayed to their manager that they had no interest in moving to Florida and that feedback was cascaded up).

I am hearing they each received full pay to the end of the pay period plus another 4 weeks.
