Is India affected by any of the RTO mandates? How are they handling for Boston or NH staff the situation in the office? Will these folks not have assigned seats or are they at least dropping that id--tic practice.

There are rumors that client and investment data for US citizens will be isolated to “onshore” access. There have been too many leaks in India - one bad actor results in everyone getting punished.
I don't think the rumors about India are just about RTO, they’re about redundancy. While the US staff is being squeezed back into Seaport and Summer Street, my thinking is that leadership is quietly benchmarking offshore performance against the new "high-engagement" onsite standard. If the India teams don't mirror the 5-day intensity of the US, it gives the C-suite the perfect "performance-based" excuse to "rebalance" the global headcount.
