The main criteria
I am trying to figure out who are the most vulnerable employees. Long-timers? New hires? The most talented ones? Slackers? I hope that the most at risk are not the best employees who should be retained at all cost.

I was laid off. work here for one year and work very hard. very dispointed since I rejected another good offer last year.
I also heard the new employeers are most vulnerable. Almost all new hire are asked to leave. Will never recommend my friends to join this sick company. You work hard for a year then you get fk off.
