Any current US employees know? If I take over a new job outside and quit GF then will I get compensated for my vacation balance?

Yes, check the latest policy to be sure. Take a snapshot on a personal device just in case as well. You can find it via GF connect > US HR pages
Yes, we get paid for unused vacation time but not personal choice days
E09 and above is only not paid out because they have permissive time. If they had earned vacation they’d be paid out too in ny as law would require
