How can I access this documentation? They didn't give me any physical papers. I now have what their HR head Pradeepa signed. Is there a way I can access those charts now for my own interest?
Actually, they did give the ages and band levels in the documentation. Read charts A and B.
yes. One thing I found sketchy is I had to sign I would not sue for age discrimination but unlike most companies they don't give you a list of ages of people laid off which I thought was required. I signed because I am below 40 and know I am not protected by those laws anyway.
Have someone look before you sign! GLOBALFOUNDRIES has proven time and time again they are sneaky fu--s (ibm fraud case, skirting around WARN, etc)
