Leadership which employees do not trust - that should not be called a leadership at all. When did you lose trust in them?

AME etch is full of clowns. Directors and managers are all a-s lickers and highly biased.
The moment I began working in AME Etch. PY and JG are not deserving of any trust.
It started with the direct mangers. They would recite the company script. They were snake oil sales conman. After awhile the direct reports started catching on that what their managers were saying doesn’t make sense or add up. Few years of this and more and more people becoming frustrated with the lies and fake systems and facades at Globalfoundries. People started to direct their attention to the source of the lies and scams. And also top leadership themselves would state to entire company information that just didn’t make logical sense will drilled down on.
And that got us the lack of trust in management and leadership we all see today at Globalfoundries. It didn’t happen overnight. The GF management and leadership worked very hard to achieve this. They put in the extra effort and went the extra mile. And now we are all here experiencing it and witnessing it. I am just glad we have finally reached a place where majority of Globalfoundries acknowledge it and aware of it. It wasn’t too long ago this wasn’t the case.
