They just announced that agents are required to do the loyalty greeting on 90% of their calls. If they don’t do this they will be fired, but not only that if a managers team is not doing this the manager will also be fired

Upper management must hate customer service

The changes that have been made in the past few months clearly show what they think of us. They really want us all to quit so they can have their offshore agents work for less. Its honestly disgusting what they have done.
