The changes that have been made in the past few months clearly show what they think of us. They really want us all to quit so they can have their offshore agents work for less. Its honestly disgusting what they have done.

I’m not quitting. They’re going to have to pay me off or fire me so I can apply for unemployment with this job market.

I don’t think they hate CS. I think they just feel it’s low skill, low value work that can be done by offshore agents at a lower cost, even if customer experience suffers a little.
