I heard 66% of us didn't hit the FCR of 70% for May, so right there with you on ROD.
So as much as I'm sure we're all done.. I don't think it's going to be massive layoffs don't think they want to pay severance.. I am pretty sure they are going to wait until we all get fired for that fcr... my whole team is pretty much at a ROD..
IDK but today I took anti anxiety meds to calm me down so I can make it through the shift.
God I hope so. I’m one month away from a PIP.

Last Friday of the month makes the most sense, especially if its the end of a pay period. Then you health insurance will on June 30th.
