Heard about the BAM Layoffs today , it invovled someone I know. Worried about Product manager layoffs. Has anyone heard anything? Is it better to jump ship while there is still time?

All US customer service and ticket positions are being outsourced with no severance. Most will be fired for insane metrics and the rest will be laid off.
I have heard that they are getting rid of ticket teams in B2B, they are going offshore.
