With severance on the table, it doesn’t seem like such a bad deal anymore. For some of us, walking away from a place that’s gone from bad to worse - and now feels downright toxic - isn’t the scary option anymore. It’s the better one. And I have a feeling plenty of others would agree.

Odds are they'll find a reason to fire you and leave you SOL filing unemployment claims and appeals.
I’m praying everyday that they pull me aside and offer me a severance to leave. I think it’s more likely I’m just gonna be fired for not being able to meet these new bullsh-t metrics(cause there isn’t one front line team hitting for).
I feel like we're just here until they figure out if the multi contact team is going to hold up and offshore will transfer the calls to them. They just want to be sure it's going to work before showing us the door. I don't think we have long and I agree it's such a toxic place to work when it use to be fun an exciting. Good luck!
If you’re in Europe then yes, I imagine the package is nice. I heard from colleagues in Germany that they were walking away with 8 - 9 months salary plus stock for 5 years of service.
What severance on what table? Don’t see it on mine.
Would make me worried for paying the bills, but I think that stress would be way less then this current toxic environment
