July layoffs now seem unlikely, but what about next month?

Starting to wonder if they did some firing or lay offs over the weekend. I’m trying to sign in this morning and I have no workday tile in Okta. When I open it on browser it says I don’t have access. Same for verint and vpn.
Probably not until they can make everyone miserable enough to quit.
I believe we will continue to see tiny lay offs like last week with the B2B. They will do micro team layoffs to avoid a warn act therefore avoiding severance. On the flip side I'm expecting to see more undesirable or impossible changes encouraging the rest of their work force leave so leadership can continue to off shore.
You either need to decide to leave or stay but don't be surprised when it continues to get worse
You just need to own the fact that you need a new job but are too lazy to do anything about it so you come on here to try and spread fear.
