Do you forget that you weren’t chosen to stay because you’re special? IT COULD HAVE BEEN YOU. Start treating all of your SST teammates, whether they’re moving or not, with respect. They didn’t have a choice in moving to multi contact just like you didn’t have a choice in staying. Besides, rumor has it that whoever stays in SST won’t be there long 🤔 and can I remind some of you that they chose some of the best SST agents, who had the best platinum stats, to move to multi contact and kept some of you who do nothing but work avoidance on SST. That alone should say something.

You may have been moved because you excel. The multi contact team was created to handle the worst of the worst and to do that, you gotta be the best. I am very sorry that it was handled so badly and that the move understandably feels like a demotion. All the company cares about is keeping the customers happy. Employees are disposable.
Im not in service whats SST? And those of you that moved to multi-contact from CARE have you had your salary cut? If not does it mean your on CARE salary taking frontline contacts. Sounds good to me but obviously I may be missing something!
I got demoted to multi contact as well, its been a horrible experience so far.
It isn't just the security agents that are feeling this way. Everyone moved to Multi feel and are treated as if we have been demoted. Even Frontline treat us different.
Drop some initials I’m sure we can figure out the SST bullies from there. Nobody should be treating anyone LESS THAN we are all in the same boat just forced to leave at different times. Once PreAuthorization takes over there will be no need for SST agents and that’s the big picture.
This whole thing makes me sick. I had excellent metrics as well. Definitely wasn't under achieving. I know its the same for everyone who was chosen. Its been made to feel so awkward the way it was handled and communicated to the team. It's like everything is so top secret. I would have felt better if they went ahead and announced who is going and....I don't know...acknowledge our hard work and say they are sorry to see us go. Everyone knows who we are now, but that first day or two, everyone wanted us to give them the gory details of who is going. It made it weird for everyone because of that. It was handled wrong on so many levels.
I am getting the same treatment, and being made to feel like I am a failure. I didnt ask to be moved, my metrics are excellent. I wish management would tell us why we were selected.
I am moving as well, and I am so sorry you are having a bad experience. I haven't been treated as less than so far, but there is definitely a weird vibe. I have had team members who don't normally talk to me ask questions that are none of their business (names of other people who are leaving). I am shocked by a few that are staying that still struggle with the basics. The way I am looking at it, this could be a blessing in disguise. I know multi contact isn't where anyone wants to be, but we will excel wherever we are. I wish I knew who the op is, I'd love to talk with you. I know this is tough, and how it happened really su-ks. This hurts pretty bad, I am happy to still have a job. Our soon to be old coworkers for the most part are probably worried what their future looks like in SST and a few of them are just je-ks. Im looking forward to meeting the people in our new department, they have been exactly where we are and I bet we are going to meet some awesome people.
