Heard we had another conductor fatality today. Got hit by a metra train while walking his freight train. Heard it was another “new guy”. How many fatalities do they need before they see they need more training?

I see they have electrician spots in ft worth open, but I have heard only bad about up. Really don't want to go thru training only to get furloughed a few months later.

People being hit with critical rule violations, rules being being changed daily without notifying employees

UP isn't wanting to pay everyone for that bonus coming up.... They're marking up all Engineers and are starting to look at cameras a lot more. Managers are putting people in investigation for showing up a few minutes late to work.
