Managers are the only id--ts to blame they have no clue what they doing ! So why quit just keep laughing at these clowns ruin a railroad
You would be crazy to leave this circus, with all the managers in costumes pretending to be something they are not. Yesterday I saw this guy running after this Honda Civic, it was a manager having his car repossessed. These people are clueless to what they are doing, and they just keep on hiring the bottom of the barrel managers and executives. I would only get worried when they start cross training TEY into mgmt. then I would be concerned but until then let these people play railroad. CHOO CHOO
Why? You might as well stay as long as you can. I doubt it'll get better either, but there's no point in walking away now.

22 years out here and the stories keep getting better and better. Since I started every year same story, they just use different words. The managers come and go I have won 2 lawsuits against them. They can pull up the rails, and I will still be out here, We the employees who do the work will get the last and final laugh. It takes them 3 days to move a train 91 miles. You do the math!!!!
