All the dispatcher from San Bernardino are in Omaha are running away from UP
Old guy is Mark Smith
My fellow brother machinists have also been given critical rule violations via camera at Proviso Diesel shop.
UP managers are the laziest people ever but are the first ones to accuse an employee of being lazy!!!UP managers can’t think on their own they are puppets do as they are told ! Bunch of DUMMIES
Can’t wait for them to see me whipping my butt when using the second unit to do a set out. My fat a-s doesnt fit in the toilet room lets be real
@2vsk. You really don't even have to look that hard at all, because a huge amount of defects are quite obvious. If the FRA ever did a motive power blitz on the UP, then the UP would be in BIG trouble!
West Colton, Yes it's the Diesel shop!
Slow down to a crawl then. Do what they want you to do. LOTO every possible energized system and put up your barricades. Also, don't forget to find those FRA defects. There are plenty if you look hard enough.
West colton. Senior manager? Service track or diesel shop? Im going to assume diesel shop...
SHULTZ!
They just did the same exact thing in Houston, settigast shop. Crossing the platform with tools. So they said put the platform down and still can’t cross with tools in your hands. Jeremy smith wrote him up from Omaha.
These new critical rules have nothing to do with taking shortcuts, Old Guy.
Being forced to work OT 3 to 4 days out of the week just to get a critical by a camera. Great work environment.
Don't take short cuts and you won't have to worry about it.
Get r Done
Cody Brazil a manager at SP760
BNSF in Alliance NE is doing the same thing on the Mechanical side
Bossman, Bossman, you need me, look what I found, look I'm pulling them out of service. It does nothing, Next Tuesday, the day of the election is a Board meeting regarding the Ceo change. Let these managers do looking at cameras is known as loss prevention, that's what they do at WALMART, SAMS, LOWES, HOME DEPOT, GROCERY STORES, AMAZON. that's the best this manager can do. Sad, these managers have to go as low as looking at a camera to watch crews to keep their job. So now we know most of these managers come from grocery stores, and retail stores, as a matter of fact one manager told me he was the manager of a food truck for 7 years. I have more respect for a trashman, a burial digger, sheetrock installer, landscaper, window cleaner, bus driver, than I do a UP manager that's always either drunk or high everyday all day.
