The subdivision in question exempted track breach protection since that safety initiative was created. It would have prevented this very scenario.

If I recall, Kenosha is part of the Chicago service unit isn't it? That makes 2 fatalities in less than 2 months for that region. 3rd fatality in 5 months for company. Doesn't seem these critical rules blitz are achieving anything other than optics and cost savings if they fire anyone shorting personnel even more and endangering people.
