TEX leaders are back on the chopping block as organizational "restructuring" require the highly tenured Kool-Aid drinkers to once again get cut. Good luck... again
Layoffs over past 3 years

Thank you, employees of T-Mobile
The FDA is walking back their jab guidance. Thanks on behalf of those of us who said no to "the science" and the senior leaders. How do we nominate PT Barnum for a posthumous "All-Time Thought Leader" Nobel Prize?
Nobody should be worried about being laid off
Think about it, how much worse could it get at any other employer than it already is here? I'm convinced that those who were laid off in the last round are the lucky ones. They get severance and can start again with a better employer. We get to... — read more
Hey T mobile Mgmt
Not only would sell your mother to make a deal, you d send her COD.
SLT Changes
Unannounced, but on the public facing webpage. Ulf in charge now...not in October. The takeover of T-Mobile by Sprint is complete. https://www.t-mobile.com/our-story/executive-leadership-team
They only care about shareholders
My perception is that leadership only care about themselves and how to make shareholders happy. Is it even possible for shareholders and employees to be both happy at the same time? It would be a good thing for everyone if the leaders sometimes... — read more
we won't stop layoffs
Stupid company.
Growth Mindset
If you are on here looking for hope and direction then you clearly have the wrong mindset. Shift Happens!
These cuts will have a negative impact on the company
I wonder if these cuts were even necessary. Some of those people who were cut were overwhelmed with work. What was the management thinking, who will do all the work of the people who were let go?
Layoffs were obviously coming...However, the choice of who is selected is a head scratcher.
Anyone who didn't see layoffs happening probably should have been the first to go. Merging 2 large Cell Phone, there's obviously going to be serious headcount reduction. That said, the seemingly indiscriminate way about it is ridiculous. The last... — read more
what does your severance package look like?
for 12 years of seniority i received about 6 months of severance, some stock, plus my end date is 6/6.
When will we finally be able to relax?
I'm still safe, but I'm feeling tons of anxiety because it would be really, really bad for me to lose this job at this moment. I hear that there is more to come. How long will these cuts last, when will we finally be able to relax a little?
What are the plans for Thursday?
If my group wasn't affected today, should we be worried about tomorrow?
So what’s happening?
After lots of speculation, did anyone get canned?
I hope that good workers won't be targeted
It will be truly devastating if it turns out that the target are the remaining high-quality workers who actually add value and those who contribute little or nothing survive. We will see, but I do not believe at all that the target will be... — read more
SMRA IS FIRST TO GO
My understanding is that SMRA will be significantly scaled back. I have heard from a director that retail management will be reduced. Store managers will manage multiple locations and each SMRA section will have one or two floating RAMs.
Massive layoffs this week.
Be ready, update your resume, don't get low balled on your severance. This company doesn't care about you, trust me.
The Week is Coming!
Be prepared! The SVCK is coming!
Notifications coming April 4th
Operations will see a switch alignment. 3 technicians per manned switch across all areas. Field operations will see a 25% cut across the board. No reductions to dev or rf at this time.
Another Breach Probably - Currently Unreported
Everybody will be forced to change their NT password in the next 10 days because there was likely another breach and they're trying to hide it and do damage control.
Regional teams here are running this place into the ground. Start there with layoffs.
The Sprint rebooted regional teams here carry so much dead weight (and salary). It’s like these teams just want to regurgitate a broken, failed Sprint model here. If they want to look at layoffs they should start at those teams. All the Sprint... — read more
Sprint is cancer
T-Mobile we know is dead. Sprint ki-led another company.
vaccine mandate is gone
So thats one less thing that the CWA zombies here can cry about

The long-term goal is for all business to be done online or over the phone. Stores will soon be a thing of the past.
In the next few years, T-Mobile stores will be extremely rare, everything is moving digital to cut costs.
T-Mobile is reportedly closing even more stores across the nation
While T-Mobile continues to make occasional headlines with a few of the positive things that helped the "Un-carrier" reshape and revolutionize the stagnant US wireless industry, the negative attention generated by the far too frequent data breaches... — read more

TMO lost its way
I know for a fact that TMO had layoffs between 2020 and 2023. Many on this forum stated they were impacted. We know year over year TMO has declined employee roster. We know that they also are hiring. 1-3% attrition rate is complete cr-p for... — read more
I was hired six months ago
