Still speculation at this point but I work for Training and Delivery and my boss pulled is in to say he didn't know for sure but anticipated we would be impacted. Resource Planning had a similar meeting. My thought is support teams will move to an "area" based role, and training in specific will become a virtual role. Expecting to be let go and encouraged to reapply for a new version of "trainer" with lower pay and a lower career band/title.
