DISh wireless is activelly hiring for 5G operations and NOC in Denver and Plano. They are picky though but if you are good then you will learn 5G Native Cloud. Good luck my fellow Magenta family.

Refine the resume regularly. Track the positions you apply to. Apply to many jobs... as many as you can. It's numbers game. Eventually someone will pay you to do a thing... After you get hired, don't commit or buy into any company "culture" or "values" but just agree and say you do. Fake it till you make it or get fired/laid off again. Wash, rinse, repeat, collect money.

Reply to recruiters that have contacted you via LinkedIn direct message. Thank them for finding you on past opportunities and briefly list what you’re looking for.

Focus on certain companies, industries, etc. Don't mass apply on the websites. Use your network instead. Even if it's small network, better place to start than the black hole of mass applications.
