Anyone else find the flexibility hours unnerving? Since when did they change hours of operation to 5am-6pm ct? As far as I knew it was 5am-10pm ct. I’ve always worked a later shift that no longer falls within their new hours of operation.

Summer Fridays?
Does anyone know if summer Fridays are going to be observed under this new regime? We’re only about 3 weeks away from Memorial Day. Tick tock.
No more flex scheduling?
My boss wants us to work standard 9-5 hours when previously we could flex. Is this a company wide thing
Central UM being forced to work 8a-5p
Why in the he-l does this so called dept think its a good idea to have everyone work the same schedule. Anyone with half a brain cell knows that a staggered schedule makes the most sense. Early shift starts offering p2ps earlier and keeps the flow going with the id--tic 4 hr time frame requirement. If everyone starts at the same time, the MDs will be overloaded with work with all same deadlines. Everyone in Centralized UM upper leadership must be "yes ma'ams" bc regions worked like a well oiled machine for years with staggered scheduling. Chalk this up as another notch in their belt to pi-s people off. Good grief.
Does the WARN act apply to flex employees?
I was not remote, but flex and had to go to the office 3 days a week and use a flex workspace. Would WARN apply in my case?
Is Nike considered a pro-family employer for workers with young children?
Specifically, what policies, benefits, or programs does Nike offer to support work-life balance for married employees with young families, such as flexible scheduling, parental leave, childcare support, or family-friendly workplace initiatives?
Just started recently and I found that my team is made up of people with “partners” and/or dog owners that don’t seem to want nor care about a future in family. I push myself hard at work and make concessions to be present for off-site work but after a week, I usually need/want to go home to my family. The people I work with seem to obsess over the job, no work/life balance, so not ask for help, and are fine with not progressing personally (none of my business but I find it odd). I don’t understand it and wonder if this is the case with other departments. This work culture is unlike any I have been around and it’s discouraging to never feel like I am doing enough.
How much is remote work worth?
Out of curiosity, if offered the option to be fully remote in exchange for a lower salary, what % reduction would make it worth it to you?
While this will never happen, I'd gladly accept a 15% lower salary in exchange.
