When your CIDO came to Macys, the first thing he did was to close the IT groups and shift work to 3 India-based staffing companies. We were all sure he was getting massive kickbacks. I’m betting nothing has changed in his m.o.

APG layoff took place about three months ago, in October 2019... This was not a massive layoff but a small one - six person work force reduction.

This keeps happening. Now, what 2020 brings, that's scary.
