Those of you in IT leadership that are treating people badly and laying off good folks only to be replaced by unskilled people from India will pay for it. When the economy turns around the few good people will jump ship. When you try to find new folks they will simply not apply. Because of your poor leadership. It's sad to see such a great company get flushed down the toilet because of the bad IT leadership.
