It's sad watching this company go downhill so fast. Bad IT leadership that is chasing garbage ideas spending hundreds of millions in a project that has pretty much failed Just like RPM. Then to top it off that the garbage CIO gets rid of anyone that is not a yes man and replaces them with TCS. They are dying just like Blockbuster did.
Leaders who refuse to listen will eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing significant to say.

After lying quite for a couple of months after he arrived, Naveen called in ALL of the existing knowledgeable, American, managers and I don't know the details of what happened in all those meetings but almost all the existing, great, managers were gone within weeks. That was going on 3 years ago. Since then, all mangers are scared to death of him, and anyone that does not bow down to him is gone. Those that are left are the worst of the worst. He has continued to reorganize the whole company to accumulate power. He has spent outrageous sums of money, and now that NAPA is failing, is using that excuse to offshore everything else to TCS, which he was on the BOD a part of it. I've worked at GPC for decades and what he is doing is so blatantly destructive I don't know how the BOD or CEO has let it happened. I'm hanging on but practically all of the accumulated knowledge and know how that created GPC has been expunged by Naveen. It appears to be an almost deliberate effort to destroy an American company and make a profit for India in the process. Naveen has done to GPC what Trump is doing to the US
Yes, as soon as these jerks from Macy's/Home Depot arrived, they chased out a bunch of managers and brought in their own crew from India. Now, they are "augmenting" existing teams and laying off anyone who isn't from the right "part of the world", if you catch my meaning. If you see any of these fools coming to your company after Genuine Parts, you're SC--WED.
