Yet another round of layoffs at Genuine Parts. They sent packing the entire IT network team earlier in the year and what a terrible decision that has been. They have now let go of their onsite technical support teams and outsourcing to the notorious Indian consulting firm TCS (Tata Consulting Services). Google them and there is no shortage of issues. Is GPC selling soon?

Yes, they've been laying off, their CIO openly says "I can replace one of you with 10 contractors", creating a hostile work environment, and actively hires cohorts from previous companies where he failed to achieve his results who have the same goals.
Company will likely face significant financial issues with coming tariffs and Executive leaders refusing to take credit for poor company performance as they fund everything but their core business.
Yes, leave now or try to wait it out for a severance. It's a shell of the company it used to be. Hope you like Indian food.
