This guy is going to get us slapped with a lawsuit because of his abrasive and rude behavior! I have no Idea why anyone would hire this guy!

From my experience w NKrishna at Macys … he is openly demeaning to women and non-Indians. Notice that he was replaced at Macys w a woman leader, years after Hal Lawton brought him from Home Depot and then Hal left Macys. As soon as NK had to report to JG the CEO, it was clear NK would need to bounce.

IT group is in complete disarray currently - so many of his leadership team have departed over the past 90 days and there will be many more to come (myself included). Everyone I've spoken to cite him as a primary cause for departure. His hiring will set the IT group back years.
HR has even started attending weekly/monthly team meetings conducted by him and his subordinates as they try to figure out why such high turnover.
You should reach out to a lawyer or the EEOC if it continues. This guy seems to have a history!
