Gravy Train is Over
For many, the gravy train is over. Few employers can match Ford's salary structure in a low-cost state like MI. Also, the great pension benefits (how many companies have a supplement for those over 55? until Social Security kicks in)? ~Bonuses ~Stock... — read more

Does this company have any direction?
The cuts happened, chances are there will be more, but what now? I don’t see any proof that Ford knows what it’s doing and that layoffs were a strategic move to point the company towards a road to a better place

Is any automotive company hiring workers that have been made redundant at another automotive company?

Getting tired of the lack of legal protection
I don’t want to talk about the unions, politics or anything similar, but the fact is that Ford is an international corporation, and when the company cuts, of course they’re going to do it where it’s most easy to cut. It’s also a fact that the US has... — read more
