I’m a GSR in one of the purchasing orgs and we have gotten ZERO communication from our leadership about when we will be told. ZERO, they just act like it’s any other day. They can’t hide behind the “well I have an NDA and can’t tell you anything” any longer. Cats outta the bag. Have some human decency and at least tell your people what day we will know. This is absolute agony!

Our LL5 tapped on my colleague GSR8 cubic :"got a minute?"
After 20 mins, my colleague packs the remaining books and cleaned the desk and left.....

Group meetings mean your role will probably not change too much, one-on-one meetings with your LL5/LL4 mean reassignment (best case)
What about contract positions? Are they in jeopardy as well?

You will get an IM asking you to show up at a meeting room. No advance notice. Script read to you by senior LL. Followed by an email.
I am in IT, no announcements at all and no 15 min 1:1 meetings with our MGMT. Business as usual for now.
