Not properly training people to have the skills to get jobs outside the industry, only hope is a lifelong career and promised pension and they throw you out. No one should buy these cars.

Look at the numbers, nobody is buying Ford besides F150 except the areas they have plants or Southeast Michigan.

I disagree with you - I still think we are the best in the industry. I do not approve actions of our CEO or our board. Other than that, the company is fairly solid.
Nobody except employees are buying the cars. That is the problem. And with the reduction that means way less cars being sold. And that is because they have not come up with anything good in a long time. How is the CMAX or Flex doing? Or the Fusion or Fiesta? Bringing back old cars like the Ranger and Bronco are not going to help. Just because they sold long ago doesn't mean they will now with nothing new or innovative on them.
