Plenty of oligarchs hold high level positions across multiple companies, including government agencies. Sure, a normal administration would have a fulltime SSA commissioner, but this is you-know-who and Frank WhatdoIknow. Would he actually have to... — read more
FB to head SSA
Could there be a clearer sign that the intent is to gut Social Security? https://www.usnews.com/news/top-news/articles/2024-12-04/trump-picks-fiserv-ceo-bisignano-to-head-the-social-security-administration
List
Is there a list like the Forbes 50 worst companies to work for? I’d love to put that in my signature line.
Suspended
Ok I’ve recently got suspended for having me and my friend join teams meeting discussing stuff and if we have nothing to do we can join the meetings so sapience don’t penalized us for unproductive time . Especially if like we need to take a small... — read more
One Fiserv?
Frankie says we are one Fiserv, yet are we? HR states associates below grade 11 need to be on the office 8 hours a day Monday thru Thursday with WFH optional on Friday. Yet some business units are requiring 9 hours a day 5 days a week. It... — read more
Sapience
I keep hearing people say that if you support government agencies that they cannot put tracking on your laptop. Where is this policy documented?
Has anyone reached out to legal consultant?
Anyone spoke to a legal team about the changes and policies? Something about all of this feels off.
Frank
Frank, you have driven the stock price up at the cost of the companies future. You’re 65 years old, now take your stock and leave. You have plenty of money, live the remainder of your life enjoying yourself, the clock is ticking.
I encourage everyone to remove Outlook, Teams, Fiserv security profile, etc from your Phones
You are not getting credit for working outside of business hours or hours done remotely. Remove these from YOUR phone. The Fiserv profile that gets installed to your phone allows them to remotely wipe your entire phone if they wanted to. Spread the... — read more
Where is that reporter lady now?
She used to come post asking for anonymous feedback at this he-l hole. She was at Payments Dive I think. Where is she at now because this place is an entire fu--ing sh-t show dumpster fire.
Fiserv is becoming a total dystopian nightmare
How about we never go home? Maybe they can implant little chips that would track us 24/7? That would surely be more efficient than only a 9-hours work day and frigging Sapience. I just can’t figure out if they want to chase us all away, or they want... — read more
Alpharetta Walkout - Wednesday at Noon?
Is this really happening? I’ve heard it a couple times already on this board and someone just mentioned it in the office…. Has any one heard anything concrete?

This feels intrusive
Go to the bathroom a few times a day and it adds up on the tracker. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to tell anyone I needed to change my tamp-n or I have IBS and that's why butt not in seat for 25 min over the day.
Does the 9hr workday include a 1hr break?
Has anyone heard anything about how lunch breaks work and if badging out to grab food counts against you? I am curious if I can simply leave the office for an hour each day
Upcoming Payments Call Q&A
The most popular question on Matt's Sildo deck is the following: "If someone chooses to NOT comply with the new 9 hour rule, will that person just NOT be eligible for the incentive pay OR will that person also be on the list of the next round of... — read more
Skeleton Crew
Is anyone else one of the few remaining individuals on their team or in their department who knows their product or clients? Unless upper management wants to lose support for hundreds of clients, these lay offs needed to stop yesterday.
Sapience is meant for you to fail
It is intentional. They know it doesn't accurately capture your day. Has anyone learned how to beat rhe tracker yet?
Omaha Office
I’m looking at a Project Manager role in Card Services at the Omaha office. Is it really is bad as this group makes it seem? It appears most of the negative feedback is coming from IT related roles, how is Card Services and the Omaha location? — read more
Hi
Fu-k this company.
Fiserv is having incompetent management and stopped focusing on right things
From outages, recent layoffs, top down, one directional communication and focus on measuring performance through “personal time management” tools and attendance data. Recent employee survey results went unnoticed and we are valuing peoples ability to... — read more
Is Anyone Happy Here Anymore?
I am utterly miserable. Everyone else on here and Glassdoor also seems miserable. Is there a happy employee left?
“Out with the old”
In staying with the Fiserv standard of “Out with the old” Our Director “ surprisingly retired early” was replaced in the blink of an eye. We had our first meeting with our Director today. She wasn’t shy and got straight to the point with... — read more
Severance expectations
Comment your salary, length with the company, and severance offered.
Time to look for other options
What we’ve just witnessed with layoffs and a new mandate has been the showcase of the trajectory Fiserv has taken a while ago. It can get only worse from here.
Time to start doing leet code on company time
Block time on your calendar and put that 9 hour mandate to your own benefit. Im doing interview prep on company time
No longer Fiserv…
It all went to sh-t once Yabuki was exiled by Frankie Beans. The Immediate culture change was felt and you thought “ok, this is it, it can’t get any worse”. But oh my god were we wrong. Frank seems to find a way to consistently make Fiserv a worse... — read more
Unlimited R&R
I was told by a credible source within HR (not officially though) that there is a soft cap of 23-24 days in a year, and anything above 30 days gets on the radar, and this was one of the factor used in recent layoffs. Can anyone confirm the policy or... — read more
Morale is at an all-time low
Morale is at an all-time low, and I absolutely hate it. I used to love my job, but now it feels like a shadow of what it once was. It didn’t happen overnight. It took ten years for my feelings to shift completely. When people claim it was a sudden... — read more
Time in office question
Can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. Managers are communicating different expectations to their teams. We need facts, not assumptions. The question is how is time in office measured? By first swipe in and last swipe out for the day? OR is... — read more

Sunday Scaries
I left on my own for greener pastures last year. I have not had a single Sunday night where I dreaded going to work on Monday. It was daunting and I had to find the confidence but if you are a hard worker, do not undermine what you are worth.
Manager tip: Give notice on a Wednesday and let them know you won’t be at Fiserv starting Monday.
Give them the same notice they gave you to change your whole schedule. That’s what I’m doing here soon.

Everyone is a metric, a number and soon a relic
It was just cruel. It hit the old and the new and it also included people who were on leave as well. A lot of the selected were not chosen by their direct leadership team and some leaders did not get the opportunity to advise their employee...it was... — read more
