I'm not sure who is admiring Fiserv, it's laughable that we have these huge banners announcing that we are once again on the fortune most admired companies list.
Of course this desktop wallpaper is forced upon you, if you change it they will automatically change it back. It's a farce and makes me respect for routine even less than I did before. Does anybody actually read it? I imagine the entrance is how much money did Pfizer spend advertising with Fortune magazine in the last year.
It's obviously not done by any type of actual ranking or polling that matters since fiserv is a POS company. I used to love working here. Then First Data came into the scene and we started losing all corporate culture that made it a great place to work.
