who started this BS rumor about 15% raises? was it a specific business unit lol?

None of this is real. This is just Fiserv drama we do not need. 10% to 15% is never going to happen. The owner of this site needs to pull this stuff down
The management started it. We have really great numbers. We keep being told all the time. Are you slow? employees get some of good performance. Fiserv is a great company and you should be Proud.
@ce+1jkyknefp In addition to merit base of 7-10%. Fiserv had strong numbers. Expect that much.
If you go a promotion or pay raise in Q4, then you are not qualified for merit increase. I can't complain. My raise was more than the meager 2% we usually get

I heard we are getting a 6.3% increase for inflation. It came directly from the top of the house.
Probably some diabolical plot to see who asks about it at the office so they know who visits here so that you can land on another list.
