Incentive (aka bonus) should not be confused with merit increase (raise/pay adjustment).

Troll. Merit has not even been talked about yet. Incentive Bonus is the only thing to date.
You must not work here. There's no such thing as bonuses in my business unit.

Must be a director or above that let more than 12% of their staff go in November. That was the criteria I received. The more I was able to reduce my team the larger my merit increase would be. I was also told we could rehire 50% of the staff we let go in 6 months. I honestly didn't believe either of those things so I only severed the minimum. regrets.

That would be amazing. The highest increase I ever received at Fiserv was 3% for an exceeds rating.

As a Manager I have not heard anything about a 15% increase. Would be great but sadly i belive you were lied to.
