RTO phases check list

Phase 1: layoffs (Nov- Dec). Done
Phase 2: RTO 5 days a week. Done
Phase 3: Further layoffs after evaluation.
Phase 4: Ensure enough office space is available in all Bldgs. to invite Remote people.
Phase 4: Mandate RTO for Remote people, half will accept & half will leave.

Alright y'all... that's the secret. Get loud on your calls. Get so loud clients hear other clients bidness (they already do...). Point out you can't hear over the office noise. Point out there are no private spaces available for client calls. "Our clients want us in the office." Bet. Make clients complain about the office. The noise. The lack of privacy for confidentiality.

My understanding is that its because when they started packing everyone in like sardines, the call center people were so loud as a collective that it was overriding the noise buffering of a bunch of managers offices, so they sent them home.
