Has any one felt Srini Krish is treating people like cr-p? No respect whatsoever.

He is all about moving jobs from US to India.
JG wishes every weekend was a three day weekend. But only because he wants to force people to attend 6 AM meetings all three days.
JG is unreasonable and out of touch with reality. Confirms there is truth that at a certain level of income, judgement becomes clouded and delusion sets in. Setting unattainable goals and then expecting leaders to coach associates to those same unattainable goals is pure madness.
He’s just a proxy for crazy JGs BS, you can’t survive under John if you are not a proxy. So blame Srini if you want but, it’s really JG.
@cb+1jkw1cp1h And his mantra... work stupid! Not hard or smart.
I also am under him (several layers), and managers above me use him as a boogeyman to not even try to work for employee happiness.
"That's the first time I've seen SV happy" was what one manager said after he was leading a meeting about badge reports, etc.
As a remote employee that has been hoping for some sliver of a hope to stay remote (I can not move, and the closest center of "excellence" is several hours away), I hear that SV is unwilling to waver when it comes to remote employees.
He's obviously riding FB's coattails (been under FB for 18 years from JPMorgan to First Data to Fiserv), so I'm crossing my fingers that he'll jump ship when Frank goes.
I'm under him and he's made work life a living he-l. Huge reason I'm leaving.
True, anyone on a call with him can vouch for that
He is a good leader - surprised to hear the feedback.
