Matt’s call

Listening to Matt as he is soliciting the assistance of employees to help make the workplace better. This is laughable. This company has done everything it can to degrade any work life balance. This company has treated us like we don’t matter and that we could be laid off at any moment. They have worked hard to build this environment and they’re gonna have to work three times harder to correct it. I have zero faith or trust for this company. Our Clients are picking up on the ugly work environment that the employees work in.

I’m only here for my paycheck and get my sapiens time in. This is not a career building job as this company has a horrible reputation within the tech and financial field.

That's part of working in that industry- it's going to be one of the first industries fully taken over by AI-
They want people to quit so they can transition faster

If you know Matt, you know that he is as you saw today. I may not always agree with him, but he is transparent and vulnerable with us in these situations.

All the while folks are getting calls from HR, saying dont let the door hit you in the a-s in March 2025!

It’s laughable if they are even asking that now. The positive and rewarding culture that was once Fiserv was a currency they acquired. Its spent.
