Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Prepare for a good raise

Our VP from the PMO division addressed the entire team this morning regarding the conversations circulating about salary adjustments. He confirmed that it is true—most business units will be receiving a 10-15% salary increase as part of the company’s efforts to remain competitive and reward high performance. However, those who recently received a promotion or performance-based bonus may not qualify for this increase, as their compensation was already adjusted. The official announcement is going to be made in the next couple of weeks. Fiserv is back everyone!

Elected CEO? He wasn't elected. If you're not happy at Fiserv, do us a favor and quit. You're dead weight.

I love the direction we’re heading towards. I think we all been wanting changes for years. Fiserv was a great company before FB, and now it’s gaining back its reputation with M. Lyons as our elected CEO.
