Frank terrified Mike will show a more humane approach to leadership and make him look pitiful!

I expect that very soon Mike will show Frank that you can get great results if you treat customers AND employees well. Mike will show that you actually will get more effort when people feel like they work for someone they actually care about.
This will show Frank to be a small and petty person who didn't know a darn thing about how a good leader is supposed to act! Good luck with your approach at SSA, the entire headquarters already knows what to expect and they are all depressed!

You’re delusional if you think anything is going to change. Mike was already in the job when the 5 day RTO mandate was announced, they wanted to do it while Frank is still here for plausible deniability.

Board hasn’t changed + Major shareholders haven’t changed + C Suite hasn’t changed = nothing is changing

I wish I could be more positive, but this place has su-ked the life out of me like a Dementor.

Well said and could not agree more. I have witnessed humans treated as garbage after giving so much to their team and Fiserv. While sacrificing their own well being and family.
Absolutely pitiful.

Our new CEO has his work cut out for him. That is if enough people hang around.
